California Payroll Conference 2026

As our logo states, join our vision this year! We continued our inertia from 2024 into 2025 and had the highest attendance in Long Beach since 2017! We took our theme in 2025 ‘Payroll Under Pressure’ to address real-time payroll challenges, ensuring professionals are equipped with the knowledge and strategies to navigate the complexities of today’s payroll landscape.

While 2026’s location has been disclosed, we’re working on what we heard from the group to build out another impactful year honing in to what is top of mind for our industry and address the needs of our incoming and current payroll professionals. We will continue to provide customized classes and selective tracks designed to tackle the most pressing issues in payroll. Attendees who complete all sessions within a selected track will earn a certificate. Our expert speakers will provide targeted insights, ensuring participants walk away with actionable solutions, along with providing opportunities to establish, enhance and check in with payroll peers.

To ensure everyone has a seat in their desired classes, we ask that attendees sign up for specific classes or tracks to allow CPC to track attendance for RCH credits and certification purposes.
